Last updated: October 20, 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to SnapSave! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SnapSave provides a tool to help you download and store your Snapchat memories. You must provide your own Snapchat data export and connect your own cloud storage provider (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive) to use the Service. We do not have access to your Snapchat account or your cloud storage account. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you upload and the cloud storage accounts you connect. You must have the right to use the data and to upload it to your cloud storage provider. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your password. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SnapSave and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SnapSave.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
